Terms of service

The service

climp provides Digital SAT practice content, score estimation, Climp AI, and study planning software on a subscription basis. A free tier includes the diagnostic, a limited daily practice allowance, and limited Climp AI access; the Pro subscription unlocks unlimited practice, full-length adaptive tests, and the full Climp AI allowance. You must be able to form a binding agreement to subscribe. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must hold the subscription for you.

Billing, trials, and cancellation

Paid plans start with a 3-day free trial (one per person). Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel any time from Account → Manage billing; access continues through the end of the period you’ve paid for, and we don’t charge again after that. If a renewal payment fails we retry for a few days before access lapses. Referral credits apply to future invoices and have no cash value.

The score guarantee

If you complete your diagnostic, log 20 hours of practice, and take 2 full-length tests, and your score still does not improve, we’ll refund your subscription. Write to help@climp.io from your account email. Your dashboard tracks all three requirements.

Score predictions

Score predictions are statistical estimates reported as calibrated ranges. They exist to guide your preparation and do not guarantee any outcome on an official test administration.

Acceptable use

Your account is yours alone: don’t share logins or resell access. Don’t scrape, redistribute, or republish question content; it’s licensed to you for personal test preparation only. Don’t attempt to probe or bypass security controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with a refund of any unused paid period unless the violation was willful abuse.

Content and availability

Practice questions are reviewed and approved by a human expert before students ever see them. We work to keep the service available and your progress durable, but the service is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and contact
